Hello! I'm from Project Comment as well (Don't know how to put the Logo haha)

I really like the colour scheme! It's very pleasant and satisfying, but not very memorable. She seems like a background character in a very well done fantasy show, but not her own character. If feel as though you should push her design a little further. However, she has some real potential! Try changing up her clothes, complimentary colours, and body type and see what works.

Her anatomy seems off. All I can suggest is some anatomy studies, mostly facial studies. Focus on the facial structure and geometry of the head. It will make her face look that much better! Also, a more expressive pose will give her more personality. Some studies on how fabric flows around the body would also work wonders. (May I suggest long and flowy clothes?)

I'm not really understanding the hat. It's too close in colour to her hair and has no same/similar colours throughout her design. That leaves the hat looking out of place. The same goes for the red streak in her hair.

She looks like a mage, (but I don't know what she's a WIP for, so this critique may be incorrect.), so why not looking into what kind of magic she uses? If it's water, try using more agua blues. Wind? Use very pale colours. Fire? Warm colours with hints of dark shades. Ect.

Overall, I think your focus should be on the facial anatomy and pushing her design. Hope this helps!
