With each level of completion, you also
receive the levels below that.

Pricing is based upon the above matrix. 
Full Pricing depends on:
# of Pages and # of Panels/Page
# of Characters per page/panel
# Overall Complexity and Background details

*Commissions are available in both digital and traditional
formats.  
**Returning commissioners receive a 10% discount.
