Cetus and Andromeda 16by *Kathalia

The long delayed continuation of Cetus and Andromeda.

As Andromeda tries to come to terms with her new reality, a flood of images pass through her mind. Memories of her human life come first She ponders the possibilities her future may have had as a princess of the realm, married off to a stranger to strengthen her kingdom's political power. Then she thinks of Cetus, who defied Poseidon to protect her. She realizes that with the dragon, she can be free and loved for being herself. She shed a tear and makes her choice...

Tried my hand at some digital colouring this time. Not as fun as markers, but not without its benefits.

I like more colored digitally.

However, the page in itself is ok, but I do not think it is good that happen before the page 15. Because, if you see it [link] you can see that is only Cetus that embraced Andromeda. If that scene andromeda had already made his choice, then she too should embrace him at that moment. Instead it does nothing except cry. Sure, you could say that her tears are of joy, but that does not change that her feelings are not accompanied by any action there.
So in that page we can not say that Andromeda has already accepted her new form. Remains more credible to say that on that page Andromeda is still upset about what happened to her and Cetus tries to comfort her.

Yeah, the digital colour comes out a lot crisper, but I have some issues with it. Might change the order of the pics around and make this one #16.

Sorry for the slow reply. That might work for it. I'm playing around with a couple of ideas for the next/last page but I can't find a composition I like for it. Not a bad suggestion though, so I'll try to work it in when I do make it.

I have a new detail for the next page. Among the things that happen Andromeda (after have tange Cetus) make also admit to Cetus that he prefers she as a dragoness (and that he think that she is more beauty in that way), and he explains that he had not told for fear of hurting her feelings or be angry. Of course, she had already turned her sadness into joy for her transformation. Simply tear in Cetus that confession only because she was curious and for have some fun (and is satisfied and happy for his response).Remember of course let me know what you think, so if there is something wrong we can discuss and fix everything.

Well.

But the next, however, should not be the last page. In the next show you exactly what Andromeda thinks of the her new condition of dragon and express those thoughts. Then on page 18 you show a time when Cetus teaches to Andromeda how to be a dragon. Then on page 19 shows the life they do together. Then on page 20 we see that they had puppies. And on page 21 we put a happy ending (or, if you wish, you can also put it on page 20 in the scene with the puppies).

I have also an idea: Andromeda can tenge Cetus as Nala with Simba in the lion king [link] of course she can because he does not expect she do it. And then she takes him by surprise (and what happens when she looks at him with a sly expression, while he looks at her with a surprised expression).
